Cheryl was born in Jackson and is a lifelong resident of Mississippi. She has lived in Rankin County for over 25 years. After attending MSU and receiving a degree in Business Administration, followed by a Master’s degree in Hospitality Administration from the University of Houston. She worked in sales for several years before opening Pump It Up in 2007. She spent 12 years serving local families in the Jackson area and hosting thousands of birthday parties, received Franchisee of the year, and sold the business in 2019. Because of her passion for working with people, Cheryl decided to pursue a career in real estate. Faith, family, and friends are most important in her life. She has been married to Kevin Armstrong, who is in medical sales, for 27 years. They have 2 children: Luke is 24 and works as a police officer in Flowood, and Laney is 20 years old and is a junior at Mississippi State. When not working, you will find Cheryl on the tennis court or traveling!
